Strong product, mixed support

Great bank overall with a very strong app and genuinely useful perks. It’s particularly excellent for international use, seamless payments, multiple currencies, and travel, which makes daily life much easier. The main downside is customer service. Support inside the app feels overly automated and impersonal, and resolving non-standard issues can be frustrating. This is especially noticeable when you’re on one of the highest paid plans, where you would expect more direct, human support. Despite this, the product itself is excellent and remains one of the best digital banking options available. Reviewed on: 12th January 2026
