Good Starter Student Account

This was a useful product for students with a new UK address, as most high street banks needed utility bills in account holder's name to open the account. The account was charging the user, obviously, but nothing extortionate so was manageable. Otherwise a pretty basic account that had all the baseline functionalities, such and domestic and international transfers, albeit in GBP currency only, mobile and online banking app. Reviewed on: 12th January 2026

Easy to use, great banking app

Revolut is easy to use, their app is very user friendly. I have had no issues so far and I have been using it for well over 5 years now. The customer service was helpful via the chat function, and wasn't an AI generated chat but an actual person which was a lovely surprise. Reviewed on: 12th January 2026
