We've always found the staff helpful and attentive to our issues when we have had some awkward queries such as when dealing with our bond which required a renewal process as well as moving some funds to another account when we were'nt going to be around at the time of the bond maturity. They were able to sort out a method to resolve our issue with the transfer of funds. They are always friendly and courteous Reviewed on: 12th January 2026
