Okay for everyday banking but treat you like a 3 year-old if it comes to moving larger sums around. Had a very embarrassing few hours earlier in the year when I were to buy a campervan and needed to pay out a 5 figure sum. I'd paid a 10% deposit with no problem earlier in the week but when it came to pay balance on collection I had all sorts of paranoid scam warnings which meant I had to sit in a virtual stranger's house for 3 hours until it decided to pay out.
