Incredible service.

I tried to set up an ISA at my bank and they were unable to do it in branch, I had to do it online. I left the bank and went straight to the Vernon where they said they could do it straight away. They offered me a drink whilst I was waiting. They were incredibly helpful and I was 100% happy with the service provided. Reviewed on: 14th January 2026
