Review of the Vernon Building Society, Savings:

Fantastic customer service

I have dealt with the Vernon for years through my employer, but only recently took out a personal savings account (regular saver). Process was very easy, & when I had an issue (nothing to do with the Vernon) the Vernon acted immediately & helped me resolve. Staff very helpful over the phone, & got through immediately unlike a lot of banks/building societies I've dealt with in the past. Reviewed on: 13th January 2026
