Understanding pensioners

Local Building Society with local open branches.To many banks are closing and do not offer a friendly helpful service. As a pensioner I have worked all my life and saved for rainy days. Vernon are there when I need to discuss any issues and my are available 24 hours. My lump sums are protected just like other banks but the voice on Vernons telephone is a kind uplifting voice.
