Friendly knowledgeable staff who supported my dad through my mum’s bereavement and gave invaluable advice on options for reinvesting and entitlement from government in terms of ISAs.They assisted my daughter when buying her apartment and guided my son on investing for his future. For myself they have advised on how I can best move money in to longer term fixed accounts to maximise benefits. For me it’s about making my savings work the best whilst still being able to access if needed. Having a local branch which supports the local community and charities says it all.
