Disappointing experience with Revolut Business rewards

Overall, the Revolut Business app is easy to use and well designed. Daily banking functions work smoothly, and the interface is intuitive. However, my experience with their rewards/referral program has been very disappointing. I recommended Revolut Business to a friend, followed all the stated conditions, but never received the promised reward. I contacted customer support and spent three days chatting with different agents, with no clear explanation or resolution. After that, I submitted an official complaint through customer service, but received no response at all. This makes the rewards program feel misleading and unreliable. While the app itself is functional, the lack of transparency and poor handling of complaints seriously affects trust. Great banking experience with Revolut
