Postal accounts very slow.

Postal accounts very slow to obtain a response. Sent written request and completed form for new account opening, plus transfer and account closure, but over 2 weeks later I received forms to fill to supply the exact same information before the request could be processed. Rather bureaucratic and no ability to quicken the process through on-line comms. Reviewed on: 21st July 2026

Its become my go-to account!

Was initially attracted by excellent rates. Very user-friendly app and easy to move money to maximise returns. Nice cashback feature too. Easy to open account too. It has now become my main account for many activities. Reviewed on: 15th January 2026
