A very complicated case, fantastic support & outcome.

A very complicated case, and slightly off criteria basis, was sensitively assessed by the underwriting team with a positive outcome. This was supported by the fantastic BDM Kerrin White, who listened and liaised between myself and the underwriting team, despite numerous hurdles - I cannot recommend Kerrin any more, as he is a polite, attentive, understanding, fair, and consummate professional. He stood out above even some of the best I have worked with from different lenders over the last 5 years. I would recommend him for an industry award if it were possible. Many thanks.
