Without a doubt I couldn’t rate Zopa any higher.

Zopa has been the best bank ever to deal with I haven’t had one bit of bother. Using the app has been great no lagging no glitches so easy to use. I’ve never had a situation where I’ve had use the customer care. I’ve been using Zopa for about 9 years. And recently having biscuit with the 7% saving added has been a good bonus. Everything in one place my bank account, savings and my loan makes everything for myself such a comfort to use noting challenging about using Zopa. Thanks Zopa. Reviewed on: 15th January 2026
