Good, but could be better

Overall, I am quite happy with the Zopa credit card. The biggest positive for me is the fact that they do not charge fees on international purchases and the exchange rates are pretty good. Having said that, there are also points where they could improve and this is why I scored 4 and not 5. The customer service is pretty good overall, easy to contact via app and quick resolution if you need to dispute unauthorised transaction etc. However, they are pretty quick to block the card if their system flags any transaction as 'suspicious' and unblocking it isn't always as fast as you would like. Occasionally, you may come across a CS representative that may not give you correct info, this can be resolved with ensuring better training. The main negative for me is the low credit limit. They do review your account on average every 6 months for eligibility for increase which is good, but the increase itself is not huge despite excellent management of account. I use the card all the time and it is paid off in full every single month, so I would expect a better credit limit which would certainly come in handy. Reviewed on: 15th January 2026
