Used to being rejected

Having been unable to get a credit card for several years I had resigned myself to a no credit life. I originally applied expecting a rejection but to my surprise I was accepted. I use the card quite often but try whenever possible to pay it all off every couple of months and start over. Was handy at Xmas to have a card and spread the cost. Reviewed on: 15th January 2026
