Brilliant customer service

I completed my loan application online, this was easy to complete, fast response and received money in my account the very next day. I have since also spoken to a couple of people over the phone on a couple of occasions. They have all been very friendly and able to answer all my questions efficiently and professionally. I make payments via direct debit but also like how I can keep up to date with my account and make extra payments if I wish to do so on the website. Reviewed on: 15th April 2019
