I had a problem making a payment to one merchant and...

I had a problem making a payment to one merchant and had to reset my password several times. Unfortunately, I was still not able to complete the payment, which was frustrating. However, aside from this issue, Zopa offers good financial products. Their services are generally reliable, and the range of finance options is strong. With some improvements to the payment process and account access, the overall experience could be even better. Reviewed on: 16th January 2026
