Zopa were brilliant.

Zopa were brilliant. The loan application was very simple however I made a typo with my name which resulted in my application being on hold however customer service was brilliant and solved this with clarity and professionalism. It was lovely to hear so many young people working there with young people in their mind. Reviewed on: 16th January 2026
