My experience with the Zopa card has generally been positive. The app is easy to use, repayments are clear, and I like how transparent the interest and fees are. Customer support has been responsive when I needed help. There are a few areas that could be improved, but overall it’s been a reliable card for everyday use. Reviewed on: 17th January 2026
