Friendly & Fantastic

From the start they have been the most friendliest and helpful. I can ring anytime I’m never on hold for long I’m always greeted by a friendly member of staff. I can access my account online and change payment day if needed. I can also easily see how much is left to pay and how much it would cost to pay off early. Everything is open .
