Very Poor Customer Service from Savings Head Office.

The head office Savings Department leaves a voicemail asking the member to call back regarding their Savings accounts, the member calls back, leaves multiple messages and the request for a call back is completely ignored. Very poor customer service and somewhat 'ignorant' feel for what is portrayed as a friendly, local building society. Reviewed on: 19th January 2026
