.Excellent service at the Local Macclesfield Branch

As an existing customer and have been with Leek United for a very long time. I was having trouble logging on, however Leek United staff from Macclesfield were so helpful, communicated to me all the way through the process, very patience understanding Leek United staff, (we got there in the end). I am now fully online with a new Fixed Term Saver, which was explained to me in person while in training (Thariska and Becky) from Macclesfield branch, cannot fault the excellent service. Everything is going well with the new account, money being transferred easily into the new account with better visibility, I will be updating my newly received account card within the Local Macclesfield branch. Thank you to everyone at Macclesfield branch - Hope you enjoyed the treats. Will definitely recommend and call back soon Reviewed on: 19th January 2026
