We use the Cheadle, Staffs branch on a regular basis. We cannot fault the staff in the branch, they are always pleasant, happy and acknowledge each customer with respect and friendliness. Always helpful with transactions and queries, so much different to dealing with a Chatbot or waiting ages for a phone call to be answered. Good product knowledge and a very bright, clean office. Having worked for banks and a building society, I know how important the customer experience is, indeed for some people it is a lifeline, instead of being told to “use the machine.” A lovely office and staff, Leek Building Society should be proud of the Cheadle office.
