I have had no issues with my first loan and top up was hassle free but now every week I get a text then an email saying that I am now eligible for a top up and although my payments for top up would be lower than the current payments and I have never missed or been late with any payment and my income has increased my top up keeps getting declined, maybe you should check my account before messaging me saying i am eligible Reviewed on: 21st January 2026
