App only but if you need to contact them it’s easy to do so by phone with knowledgeable staff on hand. The savings app is brilliant and easy to use. Opening the account and withdrawing or transferring money, checking transactions it’s all very simple and very user friendly. I would recommend. Reviewed on: 4th March 2026

Brilliant app, easy to open account and withdraw when needed to a linked bank current account.. it’s simple to check the amount of interest earned to date with historic data available too. Would highly recommend OakNorth. Reviewed on: 21st January 2026
