Great friendly bank, easy to work with.

I began banking with Oaknorth around 3 years ago with an ISA. I then recommended my husband also open one. It has been so easy to open new ISA accounts and when needed, take money out or transfer to another ISA. I have been helped several times by Customer Service and they have always been extremely kind and helpful as I am an 'older customer' I have not felt rushed and had things explained to me in a friendly and informative manner.
