Im existing customer.

Im existing customer. All my payments are paid on tjme. I never missed any. I was eligible for 500£ top up. First i went through a soft search and approved for top up. Then they ask for hard search. I gave permission for a hard seadch and there i approved too. But then they asked to give my gateway pass code. Which i dont understand why. Im no comfortable with sharing my gateway account details to any company. Im an existing customer still they want me to proof my income. Im willing to give my pay slip bank statement but no they want gateway account. What is this ? When you gave me 2000£ loan you didn't ask for gateway. Now for a top up you want my gateway details !!
