Totally honest

My only issue was when I fell behind with payment I spoke to customer service and it was agreed for me to add it on to the end of the loan I then got badgered and still am that thee was no way that could have happened.as it was not on the system, this has now made it impossible to get another loan, I could understand if it was more than 2 payments. Other than that I am happy and if they offered me another loan I would accept Reviewed on: 21st January 2026
