Easy set up and Great customer service

The process of getting the loan was straightforward and easy to understand. I had an issue with my application but it was dealt with by the person on the phone who was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Now I have the loan I get regular reminders about payments and the app/website is fairly easy to navigate. All in all I’m very happy and have no problem in recommending Oakbrook Advance to friends and family. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2026
