I bought the car in September and it had no problems until now. I had a warranty and ı extended it last month. I'm experiencing problems with the car for the first time and I contacted you. I took the car to the main dealership service center, they checked it and said there was a fault in the multimedia system and that it needed to be replaced. I contacted you, but you rejected my application, saying it was just a loss of image, etc. It's not just a loss of image; the entire multimedia system isn't working. The main dealership also told you this. They called and you said the screen wasn't covered under warranty. It's not just the screen; the entire multimedia system is faulty, and they said this is a systemic fault. You're rejecting it. My lawyer and I have reviewed your policy The problem is not just with the screen's appearance or performance. The problem is that there is an fault in the entire multimedia system The main dealer called you and this time you said it didn't cover the screen. First you said any reduction in performance or appearance of the Display Screen is excluded on all plans and therefore we are unable to authorise your request. After main dealer said system not working completely You said we not covering screen Which main dealer told you all screen unit need to replace which is multimedia Which I got covered I called your company sale team with a different number different name and told them I wanted to get warranty with a different license plate. I recorded everything what they said about cover They confirmed screen is covered under warranty %100 they confirmed over the phone Same policy which I have I record everything You can be sure I will present this as evidence in court.
