I would not give any stars - scammers

I would not give any stars. The insurer was extremely rude and kept talking over me when I was trying to explain that my dog did not have any pre-existing condition. I will take it up with ombudsman as they really are scammers. I never thought that John Lewis would do anything like this but it seems that they will try to link anything to pre-existing condition just not to pay out.
