I like the customer service and ease of banking.

I like the customer service and ease of banking. However I am disappointed with the current savings interest rate which is below Chase’s usual competitive standard as well as significantly below the standard of TSB & RBS (my other favourite banks). Reviewed on: 22nd January 2026
