Friendly staff and great customer service when I have had an issue. The queues could be a bit shorter and wait times in the bank though, but that is probably down to limited staff. Excellent phone manner and have helped me with a number of issues such as suspected fraud when someone was using my card details online among other things. The account itself is easy to use on the mobile app and I like that it has a number of features such as getting a bank statement sent out or being able to switch between that and my savings account so I can put money away and not be able to access it from my current account. Overall, I've been with Lloyds Bank for 15 years and I've had very limited problems, always dealt with ease and with the highest professionalism and customer care amongst the efficiency of using my card on contactless and the mobile app. They seem hot on fraud to ensure your money isn't being taken and seems to care about their customers. I will be staying loyal to them and haven't switched despite other banks offering incentives because Lloyds have proven time and time again to be the best and most reliable bank out there Reviewed on: 22nd January 2026
