Raised a charge back in July 2025 over phone not don...

Raised a charge back in July 2025 over phone not done properly by agent repeated twice before submitting and still waiting January 22 2026 unresolved. Customer service very rude continually speaking over me and left on hold 4 times in 1 call up to 7 mins at a time. Badly run poor customer service and high interest rate on item in dispute. Won’t be here long with all this poor service. Last year way compensated for the same type of issues and just no leadership. No integrity No respect No experience. Mastercard says minimum 45 days cash plus has taken 7 calendar months it’s a bogus bank Reviewed on: 23rd January 2026
