Avoid, useless when something serious comes up.

Our car was stolen, after a long interrogation and lots of documents they offered a compensation of 33% below prices we found online for similar cars, a much smaller replacement car or just £250 otherwise. When the car was found by police just before payout they took back the £250 we thought we were using for taxis while waiting on car payout and also penalised quite a lot on our no claims bonus and it didn't make a difference whether they paid out for the whole car or just a fraction of that for repairs.
