Pathetic, Dishonest, Untrustworthy.

Pathetic, Dishonest, Untrustworthy. You've heard of the Dallas Cowboys, maybe even the Craigavon Cowboy's, today I bring you, THE BELFAST COWBOYS!!!! Complaints department doesn't exist, or rather, they don't like to deal with a complaint, especially a genuine one. They totally ghosted me for the 1st 3 complaint emails, zero, nothing, then I mentioned taking it to the Financial Ombudsman and hey bingo, I had a response in 10 mins, comical. Skyline obviously didn't even consider my complaint, how could they as there were 6 loans issued in just over 18 months and they managed to issue a final response in under an hour. My complaint was partially upheld by the Financial Ombudsman but they are now ghosting and disrespecting the authority of the Ombudsman after several attempts by the regulator have been totally ignored. Maybe that's how they deal with a complaint, say nothing and who knows, maybe it'll go away? Apalling behaviour and surely just another Morses/Provident firm that has slipped through the net, at least for now? AVOID, there are much safer, more trustworthy and respectable options out there!!!
