Cash is King

I use the Halstead branch and I always find the staff there very pleasant and helpful and that is the experience I have had over quite a few years. Savings rates are reasonable and I like the access I have to my savings in close proximity to my home. Reviewed on: 26th October 2026

My Wife and I have used Saffron for some years.

My Wife and I have used Saffron for some years and have always found them extremely helpful when ever we visit the branch in Halstead. The savings rates are not far short of online competition that do not have the branch system to cost in. As pensioners now we find the service they provide invaluable. Reviewed on: 27th January 2026
