updating savings accounts using customer services.

i am very cautious with transferring accounts , so I ring customer services and they undertake the transfer on my behalf , reading the terms and conditions, answering my queries. I then get written communication through the post with my updated savings accounts. Reviewed on: 21st April 2026

A happy customer

I have been a member of the society for 10yrs and always found the customer services both in branch and over the telephone excellent. They always help me when opening a new account and transferring my regular savings account when it is drawing to a close and setting up the new account. Reviewed on: 27th January 2026
