Overall great customer service.

I rang as I never received a confirmation email of my account that I set up online. In particular Simon McCabe (Customer Contact Administrator) was very helpful and informative in advising me on my account and how I could get funds in to my account. Very easy to contact a person by telephone which is just great! Reviewed on: 27th January 2026
