Cowboys Ted, they're a bunch of cowboys

Had winter storm damage and woke to a leaky roof after high winds and torrential rain. Called these cowboys up only to be told the wind wasn't strong enough to cause storm damage and basically it was our fault. Guess I've been looking at the met office wrong all these years these thieving swines are weather experts all of a sudden. Might as well cancel the policy you can't actually claim for anything and they're stealing my money by not providing a service I'm paying for Reviewed on: 27th January 2026
