Excellent company great customer service!

I applied for short term loan apr was much less than most! I went with sunny ad I have bad credit due to a previous relationship and they accepted. Pick a term to pay back 3 options! When one payment by direct debit didn't go through I rang them, I have had a previous loan with another company who weren't very understanding when this happened and charged me the fee for no debit payment as well as paying the money that was due in full the same day!! With sunny the lady was very understanding and said she would take off the charge for me as I was still paying same day. Would definitely use again if needed and have recommended to a few people already! Your a life saver sunny!!! Thank you again! Reviewed on: 17th April 2019
