Happy with RCA Bank - and am staying!

I’ve been with RCI Bank for a good many years now. Haven’t needed to contact customer services except once some years ago - can’t remember the issue but it wasn’t a big problem, just a general enquiry about their different savings accounts and was dealt with by an efficient and pleasant person. Their interest rates are always good and very fair and I won’t be spending hours on comparison sites anymore as I once did. I’m happy with RCI Bank Reviewed on: 9th April 2026

Best bank I’ve had experience of

I’ve been with the RCI Bank for a god many years and find their interest rates are fair and competitive. I've rarely had cause to contact their Customer Service department but it was straightforward and efficient. Best bank I’ve had experience with. Reviewed on: 29th January 2026
