Easy to Use App & Helpful Staff

My father was the first to open with RCI, followed by my mother. I’ve found the app extremely easy to use. However, my mother, who is not very computer savvy, has had to call the bank on occasion and I’ve been impressed with how kind and helpful the customer service team have been with her.
