Review of the Newbury Building Society, Savings:

Very Much Appreciated

I really appreciate Newbury Building Society still using pass books, whilst also having the options to manage savings through the app, or online. I am always happy to get in touch as your staff are friendly and very helpful whether, in person, or, over the phone. On one occasion, when a less experienced staff member was unsure of some information it was reassuring to see that they were honest and had the confidence to ask for advice. I also really appreciate that anything that has been discussed and required further action in branch has always been followed through within an appropriate time-scale - no reminders have been needed. There is obviously good back-up when any issues occur with a computer in branch, but it would be wonderful if this was needed less frequently. (perhaps it's just when I go in). Thank you, I have found that all of your staff provide excellent service and are a pleasure to deal with. Reviewed on: 30th January 2026
