Helpful, kind and non judgemental.

Money Wellness helped me out of a nasty financial situation. They were super helpful, kind and non-judgmental, which is exactly what you need when you are having a tough time. The customer service was excellent and the information shared was succinct and to the point. There was some room for improvement around the tech side. It was not always clear how to contact them during the process, and there was some ambiguity with the website and email auto replies and instructions. Several links also did not work. I would absolutely recommend Money Wellness, although some work could be done on the technical features. Thank you, Money Wellness Reviewed on: 30th January 2026
