By far the best bank

Very easy using the Triodos app. With their notifications you always know your balance and any large payments. Importantly you know you can trust Triodos both for your account and the way they treat people and the environment. Unlike the majority of other banks, your money is not supporting arms sales or harmful environmental practices. Reviewed on: 21st April 2026

Triodos is the only bank that uses our money proactively in ethical investments - other "ethical" banks use a negative approach of not investing unethically (e.g. in arms or fossil fuels). The account is easy to use, both online and via the phone app. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2026
