Website and savings rate can be improved

I invested with you for very competitive savings rates but this declined significantly and found better home for my savings. I also recall withdrawals were in £25k batches which is really odd when one want to simply close the account. It's not necessary and as far as I'm aware only MBS do this. Otherwise very straightforward experience but could do with updating the website too. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2026
