Review of the Scottish Building Society, Savings:

Very poor communication and service to members

Moving account after drop in interest rate. Delay in contact me on day of maturity so delay in receiving money. Then request copy of my bank statement to verify account when Scottish Building Society have paid interest to this account previously. Tried to phone to discuss need for statement to find they are not open on Wednesdays !! In 2026 Scottish Building Society needs to improve it's communication and efficiency to members.
