Overwhelmed first time buyers

My partner and myself decided we wanted to buy our first home but found ourselves totally overwhelmed by the whole process. We contacted L&C with little understanding as to what service we’d get. To say they changed our lives is an understatement. They handled everything for us, found us a mortgage that suited, found us a conveyancer that suited us and held our hands every step along the way. We’ve been in our new house for a few months now and remain grateful for everything L&C did for us. Reviewed on: 4th February 2026
