My experience as a first time buyer with L&C was really good, so I used them again to re-mortgage. Unfortunately this time I found that their service levels weren't as good as they were a couple of years ago. Everything was fine and I don't generally have any complaints, I just found that the people I was in contact with seemed to just do the minimum of what was required and no more.
