Free, friendly and expert service.

Not only was the service L&C offered free, but they were friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely couldn’t do enough to help us. They explained every step and kept us up to date regularly with how our case was progressing and what each of our options were. After we signed our mortgage agreement, rates went down slightly and they even moved us over to the new rate straight away without us having to ask. Reviewed on: 4th February 2026
